Our solutions include wireless technology, network technology, access and transmission solutions, storage and PV and Data Center technology, Digital Power solutions, consumer devices, mobile cloud, Internet of Things, big data, Artificial Intelligence.
Huawei has been present in Poland for over 20 years. Our Representative Office and Research and Development Center are both located in Warsaw.

CARRIER
What is the work in our company like?
Carrier business group is the industry leader and best strategic partner for global carriers. We focus on information distribution, interaction, transmission, processing, storage, learning, and inference, and provide innovative products, solutions, and services for carriers. Huawei is continuing to drive the global development of 5G. According to Omdia's report for 2022, Huawei remains the No. 1 in the global telecom market. 5G NR accounts for 30% of the market. Currently, 70 5G networks have been released in Europe, of which 36 are constructed by Huawei.
Day in the Company
Your daily tasks within the Carrier Business Unit will vary depending on the position. Carrier Key Account Manager is responsible for establishing, developing and closing business opportunities with carrier customers in the telecoms market therefore main day-to-day tasks will focus on customer meetings with clients and presentations of Huawei’s solutions. Work in the Network Engineering Team brings more day-to-day activities in diagnostics and troubleshooting of technical problems on the network and installation, commissioning and integration of telecommunications equipment for carrier customers.
ENTERPRISE

Huawei Enterprise as one of Huawei's main business groups provides integrated solutions in key domains - telecommunications networks, IT, intelligent devices, cloud services. This Business Group is committed to bring digital to every person, home and organization for a fully connected, intelligent world.
Day in the Company
Enterprise Team establishes, develops and closes business opportunities with key customers and channel partners on the Polish market in the products portfolio range: IT solutions (storage, servers), IP solutions, Transmission solution or Wireless network solutions. Daily tasks for the Product Manager might include delivering technical presentations and workshops for customers, partners and prospects, performing product demos, preparing configurations and designing of products.
DIGITAL POWER
What is the work in our company like?
Digital Power is committed to integrating digital and power electronics technologies, developing clean power, and enabling energy digitalization to drive energy revolution for a better, greener future. In the clean power generation sector, we help create new power systems that primarily rely on renewable energy. In the green ICT power infrastructure sector, we help build green, low-carbon, and intelligent data centers and communications networks.
Day in the Company
Your day-to-day tasks in the Digital Power team will depend on the position. As a part of service engineering team, your day will focus on supervising project engineering process, hardware and software supervision, interface with an engineering partner to locate technical problems as well as technical pre-sales support. As a member of the Business Development team, your daily activities will be related to the development of customer relations in Poland.
CONSUMER
What is the work in our company like?
Huawei CBG is responsible for a wide product portfolio, including smartphones, laptops, tablets and wearables, as well as home routers and cloud services. Our devices and services are available in over 170 countries, reaching over 1/3 of humanity. With more than 20 years of experience in the ICT market, as well as an extensive, global network of partners and associates, Huawei CBG provides the latest technologies and services to customers around the world.
Day in the Company
Your daily tasks within the Consumer Business Unit will be dedicated to marketing and channel sales of a wide product portfolio, including smartphones, laptops, tablets and wearables, as well as home routers and cloud services.

Technical Interview
The first interview is to check candidate's knowledge and previous experience. Usually it requires one or two meetings.
Final Interview
